1. Network & Infrastructure Uptime

Shift2Server guarantees 99.99% monthly infrastructure and network uptime for Cloud Servers and KVM VPS instances. Network availability is defined as the availability of our BGP border routers to route packets to public internet backbones.

2. Dedicated Hardware Replacement SLA

For bare-metal dedicated servers, faulty physical hardware components (such as memory modules, hard drives, or power supply units) will be diagnosed and replaced within 2 hours of identification by on-site datacenter technicians.
