1. Master Service Agreement

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of all Shift2Server infrastructure, bare metal dedicated servers, KVM VPS, cloud compute, and managed services.

2. Acceptable Use & Compliance

All users must comply with the Indian Information Technology Act 2000, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, and Shift2Server's Acceptable Use Policy.

3. 99.99% Uptime SLA Guarantee

We guarantee 99.99% monthly infrastructure network uptime. In the event of an unscheduled outage exceeding the SLA threshold, customers are entitled to SLA service credits as defined in our Service Level Agreement.
